We accept PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Upon request we can accept money orders, cashier checks or personal checks.

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is made. When your items are shipped you will receive a notification email letting you know the tracking/Customs number for your package. (USPS First Class Mail only has a customs number; it is not a trackable means of shipping). Package are usually shipped within 1 business day sometimes there are delays, when this happens your package will never be shipped any later than 3 business days after ordering.

Returns are accepted only after contacting us within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) and letting us know there is a problem. The returned item(s) must be shipped back to us with confirmation, and a RMA# which is supplied by us. The item(s) must be in the original condition that we sent them to you, ie., price tags still intact. We will not accept a return that does not meet this criteria. A 10% Re-stocking fee applies to all returned items- unless the reason for return was our mistake. Refund will be based on item purchase price and not shipping fees. Shipping fees, handling fees and insurance fees are non-refundable. All of our items are NEW, therefore we do not expect any defects. In the circumstance that there is a problem, we will more than gladly do what is needed to make you happy. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! Just look at our feedback, we take this business very seriously.

ODIZ Baby Supply is 'officially' open from 8am- 4pm EST Monday through Friday. We do return emails all day long, if you need immediate assistance, please call 770-755-9086, we will be more than happy to help. Packages are shipped Monday Through Saturday every week. Emails are returned during the morning on Saturdays and sporadically during the rest of the weekend. Phones are only answered Monday through Friday 8am-4pm EST.
