Typically, your Jon Allen artwork will ship within 5 business days. Domestic purchases should arrive between 7 to 10 days. International shipments usually require at least 2 weeks depending on Customs and location. You will receive a tracking number in your email just before it ships. Please be sure to double check this is not sent to your spam mail folder. If you wish to combine shipments, we can ship 2 pieces together if they are the same design, shape, and size (Except free standing sculptures which are simply to heavy). However, we recommend that each item be shipped separately in order to ensure your artwork arrives undamaged.

We accept returns for either an exchange or credit for another item up to 7 days after confirmed delivery. We will proceed with an exchange upon receiving the returned artwork undamaged. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Contact Statements2000 and we will set up the return for you.
