Orders will be shipped by either USPS or UPS. Fabric Spray Paint (all Simply Spray products) can take up to 2 weeks to ship by Parcel Post; UPS Ground will take between 1 and 7 days. International or overseas shipping (including Alaska and Hawaii, APO and FPO, and any U.S. territories and outlying areas) is not available for Fabric Spray Paint because of the postal regulations on pressurized materials.

• Merchandise that is defective, or was damaged during delivery, must be reported within 10 days. Insurance is recommended. • All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date you receive them. • If a return or exchange needs to be made, please contact Sunshine Joy Distributing at 1-877-769-8800 and we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Include a copy of your order confirmation and include the RMA on the outside of the package. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without this number. • Your returned item will be replaced or Sunshine Joy will refund the price of the product through eBay. • Please notify us as to how you will be shipping your return (i.e. by USPS or UPS) and we will give you the appropriate mailing address. • You are responsible for the shipping costs both ways; shipping costs for returns or exchanges are non-refundable. • When sending your return, you are also responsible for ensuring that the merchandise arrives undamaged.
