Please allow 5-10 business for your items to ship. I will respond to email within 24 to 72 hours. So dont panic when I havent replied to your email. I am not ignoring you. Please allow 24 - 72 hours to respond to email. I have hundreds of customers and my main focus is packaging and shipping your product as soon as possible. Please send an email when requesting a special color or shipping changes to lace@bellsouth.net.
Return policy
Returns are honored as long as the unit is returned in the original condition new, uncut lace, unwashed, no glue...etc...there is a 10% restocking fee.
Feedback
Please allow me the opportunity to settle your differences prior to leaving negative feedback. Feedback is turning into a buyers weapon and soon too much negative feedback will shut down stores and you wont have any sellers to buy from. Please leave feedback upon receipt of your product. We appreciate all postive feedback and 5 stars. Anything less than a 5 or leaving the stars blank hurts the sellers scores which reduces our selling discount which in return raises prices that you pay. Also, neutral feedback is like negative feedback. Work with me to provide the items you need. Please learn about how to use adhesives, tapes and removers prior to buying them. Its not fair to leave negative feedback for buying a product that you dont know how to use and complain that it isnt working. There is a lot of info on the web and utube. What works for some may not work for you. Thanks
