Poor quality devices
I first ordered one unit to test and it worked fine, so I ordered five more. One of the units was dead on arrival and replacing the batteries made no difference. Then two of the other units became very flakey only playing back small portions of the recording. Resetting the units per the instructions only helped briefly. Very poor quality!!

Excellent product and seller.
This is a used but good working Hard Drive compatable with my Dell PC. Upon arrival, I installed the unit, loaded the operating system software and the PC was then in good working order.
