When you place an order with us with our Free Shipping option, your order will be shipped within 2 business days of your payment being processed. If you'd like to have your order shipped a bit more quickly, you can choose either our Standard or Expedited Shipping services and your order will be shipped out the same day that you pay for it! You will receive an email with tracking information automatically the morning after your item shipped. For items shipping via freight or outside the USA, we MUST have a phone number so please provide us with one during ordering.

We offer a 45-day money back guarantee for all sales with no questions asked. We will send a prepaid shipping label that you can use to return the product to us at no cost to you. If we are able to, we will issue a replacement unit at your request. If the item that you are returning is not defective, we will still issue a prepaid label for the return, but we will not refund any of the shipping costs that you originally paid for the order.
