Like a lot of people, I spent a great deal of my time needlessly worrying about things I could not change. Fourteen years ago I had to undergo an emergency double by pass heart surgery. It brought me to my knees. I suddenly realized that I was a simple human being and that only GOD could control today..not me. This new attitude has made me enjoy my life more by appreciating every minute with my husband, my kids, my grandchildren and every person I come into contact with. My prayer each night ends with Dear God please give me tomorrow.

I have honestly been in sales and customer service since I was a kid. My grandmother taught me how to make some little dolls of yarn when I was about 6 years old. I took my 10 cents allowance and bought yarn and made several dolls and went door to door in my neighborhood selling them. Thus a sales lady was born. I have worked in sales and customer service for some 50+ years in sales, management, personnel director, trainer, owner and raised 4 kids and a husband while doing it. I have always opted to tell the truth even if it meant losing the sale. My husband and I were once in the mobile home business with commissions paid on units sold and we decided if we had to lie to the customer to eat, we would go hungry. Our business ethics have always been to give the customer the quality they pay for and the service they deserve as individuals. We sleep well at night knowing we did our best to fulfill our obligations to each and every customer who chose to buy from us.
