I had never ordered anything from ebay before, so I was a little apprehensive about it. I took a chance and ordered a phone from Bluedot because the reviews I read were very positive. When I didn't get my phone on time, Bluedot was very helpful in this matter. They contacted the USPS for me and kept me informed every step of the way. I have my phone now and I love it! My phone shipped fast, but the battery dies within 15 minutes and as soon as I plug it in to charge it, it says it already has a full battery.

Amazing service, shipping does not take long at all, my charger broke and it was replaced right away even in Christmas holidays. Definitively buying stuff from them in the future

Love my new phone! I bought it used and it was in perfect condition and looked brand new! The only bad thing was it had old software but you can update it on your home computer! I would say they are a very honest seller! Well worth the buy!
