All payments are due 2 days after auction end. Payments are PayPal, Visa, or Master Card through PayPal. All Canadian Residents pay HST on their purchase.

We ship Expedited mostly from Canada usually 1 day after cleared payment. Our Post Office Outlets can accept items on a Saturday and Sunday but nothing will move until Monday (Tuesday if Stat holiday)when Canada Post employs its regular work week. If you would like a different type of shipping, email us for a quote before bidding. We will work with you. Please note we will not send items as a gift, they go through customs with the prices paid. Make sure your shipping address is correct. We do not charge extra for our packing supplies and only charge our customer the cost of shipping. We refund over-payment on shipping charges. Please take into consideration that Canadian shipping prices are higher than U.S.A. when sending us feedback. Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Surch, and Guam email for quotes before bidding.

We have a 7 day return policy. You the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Any item being returned is to be properly packaged, just like you want to receive it yourself. Items are checked once returned for same condition as sent to you and within 2 days a refund is issued through PayPal.
