In 7 months I have sold over 250 items scoring 182 positives - 1 neutral - 1 negative..... The neutral was because the usps mail took 2 weeks to deliver an item, and the negative was from a customer who didn't even contact me, Bought a VHS on June 27th..I mailed it on the 29th, and they left me negative feedback on July 6th claiming that I never sent the VHS.... all of this while tracking information was freely available to them. It pains me for someone to be unhappy with my product or service. If you contact me first I will try my best to keep everyone happy as long as we stay reasonable.
