Hi! My name is Pete! I have been an Ebay seller for the past 18 months now, and must admit, has been a lot of fun thus far! I have recently opened my Ebay store, and very happy about that since I have big plans to bring you all the best in banknotes.

History/background
I have always been, business and people oriented.As far as this new business venture is concerned, I have always been interested in currency and banknotes,but only recently have decided to make a small business out of it after being introduced to ebay.

Payment policy
My payment methods are flexible,and whatever I can possibly do, to accomodate you, I will do, providing it is within reason. I would even accept trades as payment, since I am also collecting the same thing you are.

Shipping information
I take a lot of pride in how I pack and send my items.I send them to you, the same way I would want you to send them to me. I ship immediately after receiving payment, but on very rare occasions the item is not readily available. A lot of the shipping time depends on how an address is formated on the enveloppe. A perfectly formatted address will take a lot less time to reach its destination.Example. I can send something to Italy on a monday, and they will have it by friday, and the latest by monday.Same with Australia,or any other,and most parts of the world. Smaller islands usually take a day or two longer, as traffic to these islands is less frequent than larger ones. Then of course, there is the possibilty that the postal service you used, has misdirected your mail, and people should allow for that to happen, and understand that it isn't the sellers fault the item they bought is slow getting there.It's bound to happen to the best of us at one time or another.

Return policy
I offer a full refund to anyone who is not happy or satisfied with their purchase. Shipping & Handling fees are excluded from this refund unless it is an error on my part, then, full refund will apply including delivery of the item providing it is returned in the same condition as when it left. Refund will be given upon receipt of the item and full inspection. A small restocking fee may apply in some cases.

Leaving feedback
I really wish people would leave feedback for the ones that went through the trouble of assessing the transaction, and left feedback for them. If you like getting feedback, please be courteous and leave feedback for the ones that left some for you. Feedback to me is important and essential in deciding if I will buy from someone. Feedback will show how they carry out their business of dealing with people, and their integrity on ebay. I always check a persons feedback score before buying from them, and I am not the only one I am sure. If someone leaves a negative feedback for late delivery, or just to complain, I will overlook this negativety and buy from the person anyways, as it is clear that it wasn't the sellers fault. I've had people win an auction on monday, then email me on thursday asking where their item is. These people are chronic complainers and should allow two weeks for the item to get there. Sellers can't work miracles with the post office,and have no control of the mail.

Communication between ebayers
If we would all learn to communicate with each other,many problems on ebay would be avoided.Instaed of assuming everything, communicate with the seller and the buyer,and see how much better the transaction will work out.If you buy something,send your seller an email telling him or her when they can expect the payment,or if you plan on doing more shopping.Same goes for the seller, if you allow a seven day shopping window for buyers, give them time to buy and pay within those seven days. If one is going to be late with their payment, email the person to let them know.Those things are really appreciated, and most sellers are reasonable that way.The worse thing a person can do,is not communicate at all.
