We are eager to do all possible and hope to earn 5 STARS for our service to each of our buyers. We do NOT have handling fees in our auctions. We do NOT charge sales tax because, as casual sellers, we do NOT claim a business affiliation. And we charge only the exact shipping cost. Shipping charges that are displayed in listing and invoices are auto-calculated by eBay's on-line carrier rates for actual weight & size of item ready for shipping to your zipcode. We hope all our buyers understand this and are willing to provide us with 5 STARS Feedback for 'S&H Charges.' DSR ratings are calculated on the Seller's Dashboard. Thank you.
Payment policy
PayPal. Multiple items can often be combined, and any overpayment of shipping cost paid by buyer will be immediately refunded via PayPal.

SHIPPING TIME DSR: We QUICKLY take buyer's package to carrier on morning after payment is received, excluding Sunday & Holidays. We follow tracking until package is delivered & then send a message to the buyer confirming delivery. Please don't ding seller stars for the carrier's delivery time~

ITEM AS DESCRIBED DSR: We like to know when our buyer receives their package because we want to be sure each of our buyers are 100% pleased that they received the 'Item as Described' and that the description was 100% accurate. PLEASE let us know of any discrepancy so we can improve our listings!
RETURNS: Please send a message as soon as you receive & decide to return an item, we will quickly work out a return & refund if you wish!
