First Class and Media Mail United States Post Office. I usually ship either same day as payment clears, or within three to five days latest. I go the extra distance to ensure that your purchase is packed properly, securly. I use both bubble wrap and bubble wrap mailers and boxes when it's appropriate. I never send anything out poorly packaged. It is important to me that you receive your item in the condition that you bought it in and I spend the extra money to see that that happens every time for every customer. Happy buyers make my day!

I don't accept returns per sae, but I will refund your money if there is an issue that falls within the guidelines on my page. I have everything listed there i.e., why and when I refund, for what exactly, and so on. There are many things that I will NOT refund for, so please, read the page all the way through before you buy. I can promise you in advance that I never sell junk or damaged goods--that I grade accurately and honestly and that I check all of my films, CD's, DVD's before shipping them when they are used and already open. I won't sell scratched records and or worthless looking merchandise that doesn't play properly. I always take my own pictures of what I sell so buyers get exactly what they see. I start off with a great item to begin with so there should be no reason for a return. I don't refund because people change their minds and this is clearly stated on my page.

Dearest Buyers, I rarely ship late and pride myself on sticking to my turn-around time because I know that everyone wants to receive their items in a timely manner. If and when I am running behind schedule I will be sure to let you know via email and you will always be in contact with me and know what is going on. I've only gotten behind on my shipping schedule a handful of times since I began my business here--once when I was in the hospital, once during the Holidays, once when I was waiting on my own shipping materials to arrive, and recently during an illness. My feedback speaks for itself but an extra layer of communication is never a bad thing as far as I'm concerned. At any rate, I will always do my best to get your items to you on time and packaged perfectly.
