We started selling on eBay in April of 2002 after we began buying books for our home library. We needed to sell off duplicate copies, topics that we had enough of, and books on subjects that just didn't interest us. We were having so much fun, we decided to open a full-blown used bookstore! As time went by, we expanded our inventory to include book protection supplies, comics, comic book bags & boards, incenses & accessories, vinyl records, collectibles, and close-out items.

We accept PayPal only.

All packages are well packed to protect against damage and are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number. All items purchased will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Although we pride ourselves with a 99.6% same day or next day shipping rate, there are those very few circumstances that are out of our control. We provide you with the actual shipping date and the delivery confirmation number or tracking number so you can follow the progress of the package. Shipping insurance is always offered at the going rates and will NEVER be marked up as some sellers do.

Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis only. Although damage during shipping is out of our control, we may be able to work something out, even if shipping insurance is not purchased. Feel free to contact us with ANY concerns or questions. We want you to have a pleasant transaction with us and would love to have you as a repeat customer.

Although all refund concerns are reviewed and determined on a case-by-case basis, new products will be replaced or refunded if found defective within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Replacement will be shipped as soon as it is available and ONLY after receiving & evaluating the original product. Replacements or refunds can be requested if the wrong item was ordered by you, the customer, and will be issued minus all shipping charges ONLY AFTER the original merchandise has been returned in its BRAND NEW condition for restocking and resale. There will not be any restocking charge, but ANY DAMAGE to returned merchandise WILL BE DEDUCTED from refunded amount.

Used products are sold as-is. Replacements are EXTREMELY RARE due to the nature-of-the-beast of the used product industry and if possible, will be made ONLY IF an equivalent or better item can be obtained by us. Refunds, minus all shipping costs, can be requested and will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued ONLY AFTER receiving the original product in the condition that you received it. Shipping charges will be refunded ONLY IF the product is grossly misrepresented.
