I'm a mother of two, with a grandbaby. By selling on Ebay, I'm able to keep them all in school clothes and feed them. So I take customer service very seriously. If there's a problem I want to fix it. I want my customers to be happy.

If you need extra time to pay for something please let me know,so we can work something out, otherwise I prefer to have payment within 7 days of the auction closing. I take pay pal or you can send a money order if you want.

If you are buying mutiple clothing items from me, and shipping to the U.S I will gladly fit as many of them into a flat rate priority box that will fit upon request to save on shipping cost. I need to know this prior to your payment so that the shipping rate can be ajusted, so just let me know. I am happy to combine shipping, let me know your zip code and items of intrest and i will be happy to give you the lowest shipping rate possiable.

Wrong size? Doesn't fit? Don't worry I accept returns, buyer pays shipping cost, refund for item granted once item is recived, item need be in condition it was originally sent in please.

Contact me thru the ebay email system, since I check that email daily, if you email me directly, it could be delete with spam on accident, I answer all Ebay emails promtly. AGAIN PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA EBAY EMAIL, to ensure I get your message, emails sent to my regualr email if not recoginzed end up in spam or bounced back or I might not see them promptly. I check my ebay email sometimes as much as 3 times a day and will get your message and respond to you quickly and promptly.

I try and always give the options of shipping please note that first class mail can take longer and does not provide insurance, though it is a lower cost to ship that way, priority mail will get there faster and is insured if it does not arrive. If you choose first class, I can not be responsiable if your package becomes lost thru travel. It happens rarly thought it does occassionally happen. Please choose Priority mail if you want the added insurance.

I don't like product going into the land fill, if you choose first clasas or parcel post I ship my items in boxes that would have ended up in the landfill, clean ones of course. I also reuse envelopes and boxes that come into our household or are given by neighbors and friends. Recycling is a good thing and I try to do it in my everyday activities as well as here on Ebay. Priority shipping usually will ship in the standard priority boxes that the post office provides, but when I can I try to reuse these to, and i hope you can reuse your boxes and packages in your life as well. I loved those re used boxes that Ebay did a few years back, I tracked some of mine and they are still being circulated to this day.
