I have been a history buff for many years. This led to becoming a History/Anthropology major in College and a Social Studies teacher after graduation. It also led to writing an encyclopedic Myers Family History using original documents and photos.

I love Metal Detecting, deer hunting with my bow, coin collecting, baseball and especially football.

I collect Patriotic Sheet music with a Red, White and Blue theme; that has an Eagle, has Uncle Sam, has Lady Liberty or Miss Columbia, has a US Flag or any combination of these themes.

My wife and I had three antique stores in different locations at the same time for approximately eight years during the early 1980's. After that, from 1988 - 1996 my brother and I had a sports collectibles store, which we expanded into comic books and toy collectibles with a partner. During this period we traveled all over the Northeastern US several times per year to supplement our store; to Sportscard Shows, Toy Shows and Comic Book Shows. After my brother, our partner and I closed the store, my wife and I travelled to toy shows for several years. I also started my part-time vintage collectibles business on eBay during 1998. It was just too tough to stay away from this business. June 2005 found us opening our full-time Myers Collectibles Store on ebay along with our own web store. We have become an international company with customers in over 30 countries today.

Returns are not normally accepted on vintage and antique collectibles. As descriptions are very subjective and photos and scans are always placed on each listing for previewing by potential buyers
